NEW JERSEY BRED - ALL BREED SHOW
It has come to our attention that the membership generally is unaware that the 2010 NJ All Breed Show for Paints is being held at/in conjunction with GSPHC's September Show. So please let this serve as official notice!!!!
The State of NJ has sent some updated/modified rules to accommodate the new situation of All Breed Shows being held at the local level. Enclosed is a copy. I advise everyone to take a moment and familiar themselves with the modifications.

They are asking for an updated "List of Eligibles" (this is a list of all the properly & completely nominated horses) 2 weeks prior to the show date. Therefore it is adviseable that everyone who intends to nominate and show to do so as early as possible to prevent any problems with the state. GSPHC will be sending this out to the State on Friday Sept 10, 2010 before the close of business to comply with their request.
Additionally, they are requiring us to collect and submit the "Owners Eligibility Declarations". In previous years this form was sent directly to the state along with the NJ All Breed Show entry forms, papers, coggins.... With the 2010 changes, they now need to come directly to Julie Bishop. GSPHC is required by the State to have them in our possession before the September show. Please send them in now. Alternatively, you can send as an email attachment to bishoppaints@earthlink.net They(The State of NJ) specifically stated that they must be legible to be eligible.
